The good folks at StartupNation have published another of my articles:
“Usability has become an important competitive factor in business. The subject usually crops up in the context of website design, but has wide application beyond the web and a proven track record of profitability.”
In this article I cover the basics of what usability actually is, give a few examples of businesses that have put it to work successfully in contexts other than website design, and present a very brief introduction to the steps and methods involved in usability engineering.
