I’m really excited to announce our new media product: the Sustainable • Local Centre County Shopper’s Guide. The Shopper’s Guide is the only resource in our area specifically designed to highlight the Centre Region’s independent and “green” businesses. Its goal is to support these businesses by tapping into rising consumer demand for locally sourced and ecologically sound goods and services, and to support consumers by consolidating information relevant to their purchasing preferences.
The inaugural edition of the Shopper’s Guide will distribute as a tabloid-sized insert in the June issue of Voices of Central Pennsylvania — 7,000 copies through nearly 400 distribution points.
